I had such a nice stay at U Chiang Mai! The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the old city and offered a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly. One minor downside was the key card power switch, which turned off the AC whenever I stepped out of the room, but overall, it was a fantastic experience.
